Join the youth delegation cohort of the 4th Global Youth Conference 2023 on Sustainable Tourism, Ocean Conservation, and Zero Waste!
We are excited to announce the Global Youth Conference on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2023 and invite passionate and dedicated youth from around the world to join us in this transformative event. This conference aims to bring together young leaders, change-makers, and advocates who are committed to driving positive change and shaping a sustainable future for all.
As a delegate, you will have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions, collaborative workshops, and inspiring sessions focused on the SDGs. The conference will serve as a platform to exchange ideas, share experiences, and develop innovative solutions to address the pressing global challenges we face today. You will work with fellow delegates from all over the world to build youth action plan to achieve SDGs through Sustainable Tourism, Ocean Conservation, and Zero Waste Initiative. You will also have the opportunity to submit and present your essay to the international audience.
We welcome youth delegates representing universities, colleges, educational institutions, youth organizations, and community groups to apply for this enriching experience. Together, we can make a difference and contribute to the achievement of the SDGs, fostering a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable future for all.

General Criteria Requirement for Delegation
- Active in Campus, Institution, or Organization: Delegates should be representing a university, college, educational institution, communities or recognized youth organization during the conference.
- Age Limit: Participants must be within the age range of 18 to 35 years old to be eligible for the youth delegation.
- Group Registration: Participants may register individually or as a group of 2 or a group of 4. One group of delegates should only represent one organization or institution. One group of delegates may only submit and present one essay. Contact us for special group rate and pricing.
- Interest and Commitment: Participants should have a genuine interest in the conference theme and a strong commitment to promoting sustainable development goals (SDGs) in their respective communities.
- Relevant Background: Preference may be given to youth who have a background, involvement in activities, or clear expression of interest related to one or more of the main themes of the conference (Sustainable Tourism, Ocean Conservation, and Zero Waste) expressed through the submitted action plan proposal.
- Financial Capability: Participants should consider their financial capability to cover their travel expenses, accommodation, and any other related costs associated with attending the conference.
- Diversity and Inclusion: The conference organizers value diversity and inclusivity. Participants from diverse backgrounds, including different genders, ethnicities, and nationalities, are encouraged to apply.

WHAT ARE YOUTH DELEGATE?
Difference Between a Youth Delegate and a General Participant
Similar to our previous conferences, we also open our door for general participants this year for everyone who wish to attend the conference as a learning experience without submitting essay or presentation, involved in collaborative programs, awarding sessions, and other Delegate specific benefits. To ensure clarity of information, we provided a table below to clearly differentiate between a Youth Delegation and General Participant.

YOUTH DELEGATION PRICING
Early bird pricing are available for delegations who finish registration before 31 July 2023. Special pricing may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Contact us through email for more information. Payment for delegations are made after your proposal submission are accepted.

Registration Flow
- Decide to register individually or in a group. Please pick a main theme (Sustainable Tourism, Ocean Conservation, or Zero Waste) that is the most relevant to your personal or organizational interest.
- Register your interest to be a delegation through the registration button above or click here.
- We will contact you through Email or Whatsapp in 1-2 working days to confirm your registration as a youth delegation and to provide you with payment information, guideline for proposal submission, and Letter of Acceptance should your proposal are accepted.
- To be selected as one of the Youth Speaker, you will be required to submit a proposal that describe your ideas, innovation, action plan, research, and/or solution in the domain of your selected main theme (Sustainable Tourism, Ocean Conservation, or Zero Waste). Proposal submission guideline and any additional documents that we may request to proceed your registration will be available for all delegates. One group will only submit one essay.
- Proposals are required to be submitted at the latest by 30 September 2023. The proposals may not be final and can still be a subject of revisions, but each delegations has to submit one proposal before the deadline to be considered as a youth speaker.
- All confirmed delegates will be invited to pre conference workshops in September to October 2023 and the main conference in Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar Sanur, Bali, Indonesia in 27-28 October 2023.

Accommodation Information
- The accommodation included in the pricing above will be provided by Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar Sanur, Bali, Indonesia.
- Participants who choose the payment with the hotel accommodation, check in should be on 26th October 2023 and check out should be on 29th October 2023
- Accommodation included in the pricing is a shared accommodation in a twin bedrooms with other participants.
- Roommates will be assigned based on gender, group and compatibility whenever possible.
- Participants can opt for a private room at an additional charge of IDR 2.100.000,- per pax. Private rooms availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
