Registration Cancellation and Refunds
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation requests made before August 30, 2023 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after August 30, 2023 or for no-shows.
Transfer of Registration
- If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual from the same organization or institution. The transfer request must be made in writing and submitted to the conference organizers at least 15 days prior to the conference start date.
- A transfer fee may apply, which will cover administrative costs associated with processing the registration transfer.
Program Changes or Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or significantly rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- In case of cancellation, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. The conference organizers will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers via email or postal mail. The refund request should include the participant’s name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction. Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, the conference organizers may consider refund requests outside the specified refund period. The decision to grant a refund in such cases will be made on a case-by-case basis.
